Acceptance of Terms

1. Services
Lynx Roofing provides roofing inspection, repair, replacement, and related services. All service requests are subject to availability and our acceptance.
2. Estimates, Contracts & Work Orders
- Estimates provided through the website or by phone are for general planning purposes and are non-binding unless confirmed in a written contract.
- A written and signed contract or work order specifying scope, price, timelines, and payment terms will govern the final agreement.
- Unforeseen conditions, material delays, or weather may require scope or timeline adjustments; we will communicate changes promptly.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms, deposits, and final payment requirements are specified in each contract. Late payments may incur interest, suspension of work, or collection costs as permitted by law.
4. Warranty & Liability
Any warranties on labor or materials will be detailed in your contract. Except where prohibited by law, our total liability for claims related to our services will not exceed the total amount paid to Lynx Roofing for the affected project. We are not responsible for damage caused by third parties, lack of maintenance, or acts of nature beyond the scope of normal roof wear.
5. Site Access & Safety
You agree to provide access to the work site and to maintain a safe environment. We reserve the right to suspend work if unsafe conditions exist.
6. Communications & SMS (10DLC)
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Lynx Roofing consistent with FCC 10DLC requirements (appointments, service updates, and promotions if consented). Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of marketing messages or HELP for assistance.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the website (text, images, logos) is owned by Lynx Roofing or used with permission. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.
