From our owner, Chris, on down, Lynx Roofing operates on a customer-first business model. As a rule, your first point of contact is one of our roofing sales specialists.
When you see the word “sales,” customer service may be the last thing you have in mind. But our reps aren’t there to hard-sell you or otherwise pressure you to choose us for your roof replacement project.
They’re there to guide you through the entire replacement process.
This means they won’t disappear as soon as you sign your contract. Instead, they’ll serve as your ongoing resource.
On many of our projects, Chris handles these responsibilities himself. You may also work with another one of our specialists. Either way, the goal is to get your roofing job off to a seamless, trouble-free start.
Ongoing Access During Your Roof Replacement
As noted, your roofing sales specialist will be available to you throughout your roofing project. But they’re not your sole resource at this stage of the process.
In addition, you’ll have access to the on-site manager overseeing our installation crew. Our project managers play multiple roles.
For starters, it’s their job to ensure that our crew has everything they need for the task at hand. They’re also there to document the work as it progresses.
Tracking Your Roofing Project Through CompanyCam
This documentation takes place with the help of a specialized app called CompanyCam. CompanyCam allows us to track every aspect of what’s happening at the job site.
It also helps us enhance your customer experience. How?
At any time, you can log in and see the progress of your project for yourself. There’s no filter or barrier – you see what we see. That way, you’ll know that nothing’s being hidden or overlooked along the way.
Have a question about what you see on your CompanyCam link? Your project manager can answer it for you. They can also address any concerns you may have.
Your Roof Replacement Final Walkthrough
When the main phase of your San Antonio-area roof replacement is finished, it’s time for the final inspection. To make sure everything is as it should be, we do two walkthroughs.
The first of these walkthroughs is led by your project manager.
It’s designed to identify any post-installation issues that need to be fixed or otherwise addressed. The crew will then correct these problems ASAP.
When the first walkthrough is done and all problems are addressed, the manager will check in with your roofing sales specialist. Once this specialist gives their approval, it’s time for the second walkthrough.
Here, the focus is on showing you our work and answering any questions you may have.
If you’re happy with your new roof, your sales specialist will ask you to sign a certificate of completion. This signals the successful conclusion of your project and gets the office team started on invoicing and other final paperwork.
