Do You Need Professional Roofing Services
In Fair Oaks Ranch, TX?

We recently had our roof and gutters replaced by Lynx Roofing after significant hail damage from a storm in late October/early November, and overall the experience was very positive. Our home and detached garage both required full roof replacement. The original cementitious hard plank roofing was severely damaged, and because comparable materials are no longer readily available and are very expensive, Lynx helped us evaluate better options. We ultimately upgraded to a Euroshield Class 4 roof made from recycled tires, along with new flashing and vents, and upgraded from 4” gutters to 6” seamless gutters with leaf guards where needed due to nearby trees. Lynx assisted with inspections and communicated with the insurance company throughout the process. The insurance portion was relatively painless; the most complicated part of the project was working through the escrow process with our mortgage company, which was outside of Lynx’s control and were very patient and understanding of the additional steps and delays it introduced. Communication from Lynx was consistently strong. We had regular updates, and Chris, the owner, was approachable and a positive presence throughout the project. The roofing crews were outstanding—hard working, professional, and very respectful of the property. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made a real effort to keep the mess contained and maintain good housekeeping at the end of each day. The roofing portion took about two weeks to complete across both buildings, and the finished result looks amazing. The new roof and gutters have completely changed—and significantly improved—the appearance of our home. The performance of the upgraded materials has been excellent so far, and the durability and environmental benefits of the Euroshield system give us a lot of confidence going forward. The only significant challenge we encountered involved the gutter installation, which was performed by a third party. During installation, there was some confusion about the scope of work and applicable code requirements, particularly regarding downspout placement and gutter pitch on longer runs. At one point, additional downspouts were installed without correcting slope as we expected, and the discussions around what was required by code versus typical installation practices were at times difficult to navigate. In hindsight, having a Lynx representative onsite during the initial walkthrough and coordination with the third party would have helped prevent some of this confusion. That said, what stood out to me was how the situation was handled. Rather than becoming defensive, both the owner of the gutter company and Chris with Lynx made themselves available, researched the issues, and worked toward an agreeable solution—even when it meant additional work and materials. While this portion of the project was frustrating at times, their willingness to stay engaged and make it right mattered. There were no unexpected costs, and the overall quality of materials and workmanship makes the project feel like an excellent value. Overall, I would rate Lynx Roofing 4.5 out of 5 stars and would recommend them to homeowners in the Portland / Corpus Christi area looking for a durable roofing system and a contractor who is willing to work through issues professionally.

Lynx Roofing is an excellent company. I work for a company that owns multiple buildings and Lynx has come to our rescue on more than one occasion. Chris is extremely knowledgeable, positive and a pleasure to work with. He is very honest and not only walks you through the process of the repair but actually teaches you what he's doing. Never once have I felt like I was asking a "dumb question". I can't leave out Cassie, she is always so nice and professional whenever I call, txt or email and responds with a scheduled date and time very quickly. I highly recommend them for any roofing job you may have. 5+ Stars for sure!!!

I had roof leaks that needed repair and I’m very pleased with the results. The work was done professionally and the issue was resolved. Emmett was great to work with—very responsive, knowledgeable, and attentive. He made sure everything was handled properly and followed up to confirm the repairs were done right. I appreciate the good communication and quality work. I would definitely recommend this company for roof leak repairs.

Lynx Roofing did a great job installing a new roof on my house. I decided to go with them over competitors because they use better materials and installation processes than others. They installed high-quality shingles, removed all prior materials other roofers had previously left in place, and protected the new materials and my house during the installation. They did a great job cleaning up, and my roof looks a lot better now, and has improved durability and ventilation. And installation only took one day. Really appreciate Emmitt’s help and thoroughness; he is very personable and knowledgeable, and everything we discussed regarding materials and installation was completely accurate. Also really appreciate Jonathan’s work on installation day, he communicated with me constantly and sent numerous photos of the work throughout the process. And Cassie has made working through insurance, HOA requirements, and scheduling as easy as possible. Thank you, Lynx Roofing!

Extremely knowledgeable regarding roofs, gutters, specifically tiles. He helped choose the colored tile that modernized our home and garage. And garden house Where my son lives. Chris is very friendly and very honest. His Knowledge of roof is impeccable. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a new roof. He’s fair and honest.

I've worked with Lynx Roofing across many commercial properties, and they have been consistently outstanding. Saul, one of their sales managers, is my go-to contact and is always incredibly responsive and helpful. He doesn’t just address the immediate roofing issue—he takes the time to perform a thorough evaluation of the entire roof, clearly explains his findings, and provides practical recommendations and options based on the property’s needs. Their pricing is extremely competitive, their scheduling is reliable, and the quality of their work is top-notch. I’ve used Lynx Roofing for many projects ranging from minor repairs to full roof coatings and soft-wash roof cleanings, and I’ve been beyond impressed with every job they’ve completed. As a commercial property manager, having vendors who are dependable, honest, responsive, and able to work within the needs and budgets of different properties is incredibly important. Lynx Roofing consistently delivers on all of those things. I would highly recommend Saul and the Lynx Roofing team to anyone in the commercial property industry, as well as residential property owners looking for a roofing company they can trust.

Lynx Roofing did an excellent job with my roof replacement, taking great care clean up afterwards and providing guidance with the insurance claim process. When the insurance company denied components of the claim, Lynx immediately provided the insurance company with the documentation needed to approve the payment. Chris and Cassie also facilitated the painting of the trim on my house and the installation of new gutters. I had several roofing companies provide estimates and Lynx was not only competitive on their pricing, but they were the most knowledgeable and professional company to provide me a quote. I highly recommend them.

We chose Lynx roofing for our new metal roof. We had a few companies to come out to give us quotes, and Lynx roofing price was comparable with others. They also offer great warranty which is a big plus. The sales associate, Emmett Flores, was thorough, professional, and very knowledgeable. We probably asked too many questions, but Emmett was always friendly and patient. The biggest plus was that he was always prompt. We highly recommend Emmett for your roofing needs. There was a minor hiccup, but Lynx roofing took care of it without issues. It has been a couple of months since the job was complete, and we are happy with the new look.

We were very pleased with the removal and installation of our new GAF HDZ Timberline roof. Roofing Sales Specialist Emmet Flores was very pleasant to work with and he showed up to the job site several times to make sure everything was in order. I would definitely recommend Lynx Roofing to my friends, neighbors and relatives.

The staff at Lynx roofing turned our disaster into a blessing. Chris and Cassie made our insurance claim a breeze. From start to finish, they were there for us, answering any and all questions we had regarding our claim and our new roof. Scheduling was a breeze and when construction day arrived, Chris was onsite, making sure everything went smoothly. We cannot recommend Lynx Roofing enough. Thank yall!

I had a great experience working with Lynx Roofing, LLC. From the initial estimate to the final walkthrough, the whole process was smooth and professional. I want to give a special shoutout to Dylan, who managed my project — he kept me updated every step of the way, was easy to reach with questions, and made sure the crew stayed on schedule. The quality of the work was excellent and the cleanup was thorough. If you're looking for a roofing company that actually communicates and delivers on what they promise, I highly recommend Lynx Roofing — ask for Dylan if you can.

Cannot recommend Lynx roofing and Dylan enough! Was recommended by a friend down the street to give them a call and set up an appointment! Not only did they confirm and set me up to when it was convenient for me but they also sent this massive lumberjack of a man named Dylan who was so kind! Not gonna lie was kinda scared when I saw his gigantic self on my roof but hey if he fell through I think he’s the person I’d want falling in! Thank again Dylan for being so kind and understanding towards all my questions!

Lynx Roofing did a beautiful job replacing our roof and front gutter after a large, fallen tree limb punched a hole in our roof. They are wonderful people who go above and beyond to make sure you get the very best of service and that the job is done right. They even made sure the insurance company was held accountable for the entire job that needed to be done as opposed to the partial repair that was initially okayed. I would definitely recommend them!

I highly recommend Emmett Flores & Lynx Roofing! This is an excellent company that can walk you through the entire roofing process from initial quote to seamless installation.
